Jako subjekt údajů prohlašuji, že poskytnuté osobní údaje jsou pravdivé, že vědomě a dobrovolně souhlasím se zpracováním svých osobních údajů v rozsahu, k účelu (nabízení služeb a sebeprezentace správce - fotografie a nahrávání) a za podmínek uvedených v Prohlášení Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung e.V. o zpracování osobních údajů.
Dále prohlašuji, že jsem byl poučen ve smyslu čl. 6, 7, 13-18, 20-22 nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů, že poskytnutí osobních údajů je dobrovolné, že mohu svůj souhlas kdykoli odvolat a uplatnit práva subjektu údajů.

Ich erkläre als betroffene Person, dass die angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten der Wahrheit entsprechen und dass ich wissentlich und freiwillig mit der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten in dem Ausmaß, zum Zweck (Angebot von Dienstleistungen und Selbstdarstellung des Verwalters - Fotos, Aufnahmnen) und unter den Bedingungen zustimme, wie sie in der Erklärung der Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung e.V. über die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten stehen.
Ferner erkläre ich, dass ich gemäß Artikel 6, 7, 13-18, 20-22 der Verordnung des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates der EU 2016/679 vom 27. April 2016 zum Schutz natürlicher Personen bei der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten belehrt worden bin, dass die Angabe der personenbezogenen Daten freiwillig ist, dass ich die Zustimmung jederzeit widerrufen und die Rechte der betroffenen Person ausüben kann.

As the data subject I hereby declare that the provided personal data is true and that I consciously and voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data within the scope, the purpose (offering services and self-presentation of the Administrator) and under the conditions stated in the Declaration of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung e.V. for processing of personal data.
I further explicitly declare that I have been instructed about the content of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data in that providing my personal data is voluntary and that I am authorised to withdraw my consent at any time.
